United Advantage Dedicated and Designated Support Services

As a 2013 United Advantage agenciy, you’ve built a business based on exceptional customer service. Constantly enhanced service is also a vital part of UnitedHealthcare’s commitment to improving the health care system and helping brokers deliver better service to their clients. As a United Advantage benefit, you now have access to either a Dedicated Client Service Manager for Platinum status or a Designated Gold Service Team for Gold agencies. Below are descriptions of each service benefit and how to access:
Platinum Agencies –
Access your Dedicated Client Service Manager
Platinum agencies receive a Dedicated Client Service Manager (DCSM) who provides additional resources and support for your UnitedHealthcare clients with 2-1000 lives. DCSM are assigned to each Platinum agency who will work with you on a daily basis to understand your unique business needs and client base, helping to address service inquires in a timely manner.
Features and Benefits Include:
- Personal, priority service as single point of contact for all of your daily service issues
- End to end tracking and reporting for maximum accountability on issue resolution
- One toll free telephone number to connect you to your Dedicated Client Service Manager to better serve your needs
How to Enroll
Your DCSM has been automatically assigned to you as a Platinum agency. If you do not know your DCSM’s name, either contact your local UnitedHealthcare Sales Executive or email UnitedAdvantage@uhc.com.

Gold Agencies –
Access your Designated Gold Service Team
As a qualified Gold agency, you now have access to a Designated Gold Service Team who delivers an exceptional service experience for you and your UnitedHealthcare clients. This team will work to support unique business needs and proactively address service issues. The Designated Gold Service Team is supported by a cross-functional team of experts throughout UnitedHealthcare and devoted to assist with your operational needs and resolving your specific issues.
Services offered by the Designated Gold Service Team:*
- Support through a cross-functional group of experts within UnitedHealthcare
- Assistance with your operational needs to quickly resolve specific issues
- A streamlined service model and the personalized service experience you deserve
*Not available on the following platforms: Neighborhood Health Partnership, Oxford Health Plans, Inc., John Deere Health Care, Inc.
