New Client Implementation Tracking Timeline Tool Announced

April 26, 2017

In an effort to continue providing our valued brokers and 100+ group customers a best-in-class implementation experience when working throughout the implementation of New Business and Renewals, UnitedHealthcare has introduced the Client Implementation Timeline Tracking (CITT) tool. 

The new tool enhances the customer and broker experience during the implementation process from start to finish. The CITT allows you to view and approve key milestones such as health plan ID card production, reporting structure and more on your customer’s behalf as necessary.

In addition to real-time updates, the CITT contains a resource library, which you can access at any time during the Implementation process. With this view, you can find frequently asked questions, sample ID cards, new customer welcome kits, sample implementation timelines and more. This tool is mobile portable, which means you can access it on the go from your Apple® or AndroidTM device.
