Healthy Weight Program

The Healthy Weight Program is a comprehensive weight management solution designed to address members of all stages of wellness, from prevention of weight gain, to those already living with obesity.  The focus of the program is weight loss through lifestyle change, facilitated by our expert coaches who specialize in helping members achieve lasting behavior change.  The Healthy Weight Program integrates with other programs such as disease management and behavioral health, to ensure all aspects of the member’s health and wellness needs are met in a holistic fashion.

We offer a non-surgical weight loss approach to help prevent obesity related illnesses and costly conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, coronary artery disease and sleep apnea, among others. Our population-based approach targets lifestyle choices that have the greatest impact on disease prevention and management, including nutrition, physical activity and stress management. 

The Healthy Weight Program not only targets today’s high risks consumers, but also those who could become tomorrow’s high cost population, by offering coaching and resources for weight gain prevention, in addition to weight loss. The program is designed to educate and motivate through access to online and telephonic resources and encourages the member to develop a social network to support sustained behavior change.
