The INO plan drives use of network for greater savings and is available to fully insured groups with 2 or more employees. Self-funded options are available to larger groups.
If your clients want to offer a high-quality employee dental plan that also needs to be cost-effective, the In-Network Only (INO) dental plan can strike the right balance between extensive coverage and impressive savings. An INO plan is typically priced 25% less than a similar open access plan.
With the INO plan, your clients will get the dental care they need at cost effective rates. Employees can see any provider in our vast national network. Services provided by a dentist who is not part of our network are not covered, allowing your clients to manage costs. But with a network so large, there's a good chance that an employee's dentist is already part of the network. If not, we're happy to help them find a network dentist nearby.
Preventive care is covered at little or no cost to employees. A broad range of additional services is also covered. Coverage levels vary based on your cleints specific plan. Learn more about our Plan Enhancements.

Clients with 100 or more employees and a UnitedHealthcare dental and medical plan qualify for our clinical integration program called Bridge2Health.
