PPO (Preferred Provider Organization)

October 27, 2016

The PPO plan has great flexibility and is available for fully insured groups with 2 or more employees. Self-funded options for larger groups.

With the PPO plan, your clients have a choice of some of the biggest networks in the country. We'll help you combine the right network with the right plan design to provide their employees with important oral health benefits and you with savings.

Employees have the freedom to see any dentist or specialist in or outside the network, but when they choose a network dentist, they'll enjoy the significantly lower rates we've negotiated with our providers. In addition, they never have to submit a claim form for visits to in-network providers. With a PPO plan, employees do not need a referral to see a specialist.

Preventive care is covered at little or no cost to employees. A broad range of additional services is also covered. Coverage levels vary based on your specific plan. Learn more about our Plan Enhancements.

We also provide resources on how your clients can promote oral health to their employees.
